Glenden State School has been implementing the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) Program for some time now.
Developed by leading behavioural experts in the United States, the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) Program is now being successfully implemented in schools across Australia and world-wide.
The aim of the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) Program is to help schools to create positive learning environments by developing proactive whole-school systems to define, teach, and support appropriate student behaviours.
Through this program, Glenden State School can follow data-based decision-making processes, that can be evaluated regularly and adjusted to make sure the process is achieving effective results for our entire school.
Here at Glenden State School we use the motto 'Aim for Success, Safety, Respect' to underpin our Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) Program.
